Notice: Proposed Bylaw Amendments
Dear Parents,
Yennadon PAC has recently completed a thorough annual review of our constitution and bylaws, and as a result, we are proposing some recommendations for amendments. Additionally, our District PAC (DPAC) has undertaken a similar review and has entirely reworked their Bylaws and Constitution documents.
We encourage parents to take the time to carefully review both sets of documents along with the recommended changes. These documents will be discussed in detail at our upcoming General Meeting scheduled for April 9th, 2024.
During the meeting, a motion will be made to approve the amendments to the Yennadon PAC's constitution and bylaws. Likewise, a second motion will be proposed for our PAC's DPAC representative to support the amended DPAC Bylaws and Constitution on April 16th at the upcoming DPAC General Meeting. Any further suggestions for changes will be welcomed for discussion and consideration.
Your participation and input are crucial in shaping the future of our PAC and its relationship with the DPAC. Your attendance at the meeting and thoughtful consideration of the proposed amendments are highly appreciated.
